With 20 years of experience in the development sector, I have expertise in governance, policy drafting, social mobilization, mediation, training facilitation, project management, and technology support. Most recently, I have been working as a Local Level Governance Expert at Renovation Nepal since November 2024. My extensive experience includes governance at the local, provincial, and federal levels, GEDSI implementation, training facilitation, IT support, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
